Well done! It appears the circuit cards for the sliding door can cache (hold) a fault when something went askew in the closing cycle and you were able to clear or refresh the circuit cards of the this fault, by removing the siding doors fuses. Hopefully other ODY owners can use this step to repair this problem.

It will close almost all the way and then it stops and reopens, but if you push on the door slightly while it's closing it will close all the way. My guess is the door rollers. You can check this by grabbing the back of the door when it's open and pull it away from the van.
