ZOS stated several times that only at 12:01est that it would unlock for that time zone only because they wanted to do a staggered release so the login servers would not get blasted, but at 12:01est it unlocked for EVERYONE in NA and now they are getting slammed and no one can log ... Even when an online-only game has servers around the world there are still people that complain and are inconvenienced by maintenance regardless of when they do it. With only two servers, the number of people complaining about and inconvenienced by the maintenance time will be astronomical. It doesn't say that there won't be any maintenance over the rest of the week, and the message there was clearly incomplete because it hadn't included the standard weekly XB1 and PS4 maintenances. The notification about today's maintenance was up yesterday with at least 24 hours in advance. And this isn't a stealth patch.
