Yes, it's the blueprint that is causing you to spawn empty handed. The trick to fix this is to UNLOCK the attachments (s) that are included with the blueprint. Picked the best guns, and after successfully extracting, via Hostage Rescue, I lost two of them (the third slot and the second slot).

I was wondering if this is a bug that happens a lot where you select 2 weapons (Squall and FJX) most often this combo. You enter DMZ and then notice that you only have the secondary weapon available. When you then have some bad luck or crappy shooting (from my part) you die and have 2 weapons on cooldown.

it's not only when you have 1 insured slot, it sometimes happens when the blueprint is bugged somehow. usually re-building the saved weapon helps. 1.
