Jun 13, 2022 · The Cascadia is newer but I would imagine on that truck somewhere there is a control module that is similar. There also is an actual Air Conditioner relay if that goes bad it will cause you to have intermittent problems. The older Freightliners also had a temperature probe that if that had any problems your air conditioner would not work properly.

Oct 5, 2009 · I have a 2018 cascadia, the air conditioning has been acting strange, first replaced the high pressure switch that wasn’t the problem now the compressor and clutch both replaced, that didn’t fix problem. The air works great until you hit a bump and then it goes out and the fan clutch engages and runs for several mins.
