Updating atmosphere, sigpatches and switch OS. To update everything all I need to do is download atmosphere and sigpatches from github, replace the files on my card, turn on my switch and update the firmware from there? Thanks in advance. Imo you should delete Atmosphere, config, sept and bootloader folders and copy the new files.

I was in 9.2.0, everything working smoothly. I was using Kotmos with its sigpatches. A new version of Kosmos was released a few days ago. So I went ahead and made a backup of four folders: atmosphere, bootloader, sept & switch. I downloaded the latest Kosmos and put the new folder it comes with.

To be fair, the patches I have in this thread should apply for both fusee-primary and fusee-secondary, as I'm adding both the IPS patches, and also the bootloader folder with the patches.ini file in it. With that said, the post in the OP and the sigpatches have been updated for latest Atmosphere 0.16.2.It probably means that you'll need to update. Indeed, 17.0.0 introduced a certain save issue, especially if you used Haku33, TegraExplorer, EmmcHaccGen or ChoiDujour in order to "clean" your console.Solution to that is to boot Atmosphere 1.6.1+ and it should rebuild the missing save.
